ROADMAP
From Inputs
to Impact
Elitecon’s CSR roadmap focuses on delivering sustainable outcomes through technology deployment, capacity building, and strategic partnerships that strengthen farm productivity while safeguarding natural resources.
Precision Water
and Resource
Management
Promoting sensor-based irrigation and nutrient management systems that optimise input use, reduce water consumption, and minimise runoff. These interventions are designed to improve irrigation efficiency, maintain soil moisture balance, and support stable crop yields across varying climatic conditions.
Climate-Resilient
Farming Practices
Encouraging green manuring, balanced nutrient application, crop diversification, and reduced chemical dependency to improve long-term soil fertility and biological health. The approach supports adaptive farming systems that can better withstand climate variability and input cost pressures while sustaining productivity over time.
Responsible
Technology Adoption
Supporting automation, solar-powered controllers, and pesticide application using drones to improve operational efficiency and on-field decision-making. These tools help reduce labour intensity, lower energy use, and manage crop stress, pests, and nutrient deficiencies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Capacity Building
and Awareness
Training farmers through field demonstrations, workshops, and advisory programs to adopt environmentally responsible practices. The focus is on strengthening technical knowledge, encouraging peer learning, and enabling informed decision-making that leads to lasting behavioural change at the community level.
GOVERNANCE
Strong Oversight.
Transparent Execution.
Elitecon’s CSR governance framework ensures accountability and compliance through:
Oversight by the Board of Directors
Strategic guidance from a dedicated CSR Committee of the Board
Annual CSR Action Plans with defined budgets, timelines, and monitoring mechanisms
Implementation through MCA-registered CSR partners
Regular monitoring, utilisation certification, and impact reporting
Surpluses from CSR activities are reinvested strictly in line with statutory provisions.
